With a growing community of loyal members, they needed a digital platform that reflected the quality of their in-person experience — and could scale their reach beyond their physical location.

Our Process
Discovery & Strategy
We held a 90-minute briefing with the ZenFlow founding team to understand their audience (women aged 25–45), brand values (calm, precision, warmth), and business goals (double online memberships within 6 months).
Design & Wireframing
We designed a clean, minimal layout in Figma — earthy tones, generous whitespace, and a strong visual hierarchy. The design was approved in one round with minor tweaks.
Development
Built a custom WordPress theme from scratch with WooCommerce for membership sales. Integrated a real-time class schedule with booking functionality. Optimised all images and implemented lazy loading for performance.
Launch & Handover
After thorough QA across devices, we deployed the site, configured Google Analytics 4, and provided the ZenFlow team with a 30-minute training session on content management.
