Our Process

Brand Immersion

We reviewed UrbanThreads' Instagram aesthetic, competitor stores, and target customer profiles. This informed every design decision — from typography to product card layout.

Theme Design

Designed a bold, editorial-style Shopify theme with full-bleed imagery, quick-view product modals, and a minimalist checkout flow. Colour palette: black, white, and electric blue accents.

Store Build & Integration

Built the custom Shopify theme, set up 55 products with variant management, configured payment gateways (Razorpay + PayPal), integrated Klaviyo for email flows, and added ReCharge for subscription-based items.

CRO & Launch

Implemented upsell widgets on product and cart pages, added urgency indicators, optimised the checkout for speed, and launched with a pre-planned email campaign to their 8,000-person mailing list.
