Our Process
Requirements & Architecture
We mapped out the entire data model, user flows, and API architecture in a 2-week discovery phase. This included entity relationship diagrams, API specs, and a detailed feature prioritisation matrix.
UI/UX Design
Designed the task board interface in Figma with drag-and-drop interactions, a sidebar navigation system, and a clean dashboard layout. User-tested with 5 beta testers before development.
Full-Stack Development
Built the frontend in Next.js with a Node.js/Express backend. Implemented WebSocket connections for real-time board updates, JWT authentication, and PostgreSQL for data persistence. Deployed on AWS with Docker containers.
Beta Launch & Iteration
Launched to a closed beta of 100 users, collected feedback over 2 weeks, and shipped 3 iteration cycles addressing UX friction and performance bottlenecks before opening to public beta.
